Apple Blossom Time


The last week of October and the shops are full of ghoulish things, Hallowe’en costumes and nuts.  We were out in the garden today, draining water taps, taking hoses from walls, storing summer furniture and organizing protection for trees, shrubs and plants.

 

If there is no such thing as global warming, why then is ‘Tree Peeping Season” so late in New England this year that visitors who booked their tours in advance based on previous year’s golden fall were disappointed, as the trees ‘turned’ at least two weeks later than usual and today, under the French Alps why was I able to enjoy, and picture……
